1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 24–48 hours. For most cities in India, your "Intelligent Home Find" will arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days.

2. Is shipping really free?

Yes! We provide 100% Free Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.

3. How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID. You can track your package directly on our Track Your Order page.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 5-Day Easy Return policy. To protect your purchase and ensure a smooth return, an unboxing video is strictly required as proof of any damage or missing items. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD! However, to ensure serious orders and cover additional handling costs by our couriers, a small nominal fee is charged on all COD orders. For a 100% free experience, we recommend using our Secure Prepaid Payments where we accept all major cards, UPI, and net banking.
